Terms of Service
Last updated 28 July 2026. These terms describe how the Care Journey WhatsApp care-program service may be used across every participating hospital and care program on this platform.
Acceptance of terms
By continuing past the onboarding consent step, you agree to these terms for the duration of your enrollment in a Care Journey program.
Service purpose
Care Journey provides structured recovery and care support, reminders, and clinical escalation routing based on the program your hospital has published. It does not replace your treating physician, hospital team, or emergency services.
Medical emergency notice
This service is not monitored in real time and is not an emergency response system. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room immediately rather than waiting for a program response.
Participant responsibilities
Participants should respond truthfully, review prompts carefully, and seek direct medical care for urgent or severe concerns rather than waiting for routine automated follow-up.
Messaging and consent
Program messages are delivered over WhatsApp. Message frequency depends on your program’s schedule and your responses. Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply. Program participation begins only after consent is accepted in the onboarding flow; declining consent or opting out stops routine automated outreach for that program.
Limitation of liability
Care Journey provides this service on behalf of, and under the direction of, the hospital or clinical partner that enrolled you. Clinical decisions and direct medical care remain the responsibility of your treating physician and care team.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your enrolling hospital’s agreement specifies otherwise.
